A Redmond man is under arrest after a real-life crime drama unfolds in the Safeway parking lot yesterday afternoon on Bend’s east side. Several police detectives and officers drew their weapons and arrested 31-year-old Samuel Ragsdale in the store parking lot at 27th and Highway 20 on weapons and parole violation charges. He is being held without bail at the Deschutes County Jail on a parole violation.
