Pasta-thon for Summit High School's Mr. Thunder Pa

From 11:00AM to 9:00PM

Satiate your hunger while raising money for a good cause at Pastini's Pastaria! Sparrow Clubs exist throughout Oregon and Washington to help kids in medical need. The Mr. Thunder Pageant is a special fundraiser in which select seniors at Summit High School participate. Sponsored by the Summit High School Sparrow Club, they put together a pageant to raise money for the school sparrow, Katie. Since her diagnosis of POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachychardia Syndrome) has been completely bedridden. She has had a headache every day since that time, some turning into severe migraines that medication cannot relieve. She must take 18 pills every 4 hours to help maintain her blood pressure and other body functions. Her kidneys no longer retain fluid and sodium so she receives IV fluids several times a week to prevent dehydration. On April 15 and 16, 50% of the net proceeds from Pastini will go to helping Katie. Be sure to mention Mr. Thunder when you order lunch OR dinner. Take-out food counts too!
