Join Anne P. Hill, author of “Unforgettable Journey-Tips to Survive Your Parent’s Alzheimer’s Disease”, as Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village in Bend celebrates the opening of its new memory care neighborhood. Hill will share her experience caring for her mother, who died in 2009 of end-stage Alzheimer’s. At 4pm, Kristina Barragan, regional coordinator of the Alzheimer’s Association, will speak briefly, followed by refreshments and a public tour of Touchmark’s new facility at 4:30.
