Oregon's Teen Pregnancy Rates Are At A New Low

It has dropped 55 percent from 1988 to 2010.  It has gone from 105 teen pregnancies per one thousand people to 47 per one thousand.  

 

That puts Oregon as the 13th lowest teen pregnancy rate in the nation.

 

The study found that rates of teen pregnancy, birth and abortion have declined dramatically in the U.S. at both state and national levels.
