Oregonians Pay Some of the Highest Gas Prices in the Nation

We have the third highest prices for gas in the country, while many states are seeing their prices drop.

 

Oregon's average is around $3.90 an gallon, while the national average is $3.45 a gallon.

 

Drivers in the Pacific states continue to pay the highest prices because this region is geographically isolated in terms of being supplied by refineries that have access to cheaper crude products, that are available in the central U.S.
