Clark Trial delayed for Almost Six Months

A Deschutes County judge delays a murder trial of a Bend man for six months. That trial was to begin today.  Richard Clark, 26, is charged with beating his roommate to death with a baseball bat. The delay was granted to allow the defense more time to review DNA evidence.
