TERREBONNE, OR -- A 23-year-old hiker from Vancouver, Washington died at Smith Rock State Park, Tuesday night. Deschutes County 911 received a report just before 7 p.m. that a hiker had fallen about 250 feet, near Picnic Lunch Wall.
