Arrests Made In Kidnapping, Domestic Violence Case

BEND, OR --  On Sunday, October 6th Bend Police were dispatched to an address in Bend for a welfare check of a 32 year old woman. The officers located the woman and learned she was injured as a result of a domestic violence and kidnapping incident spanning 24 hours in the cities of Bend and Redmond. The woman was taken St Charles Bend. Police say 24-year old Jesus Alexis Alvino was identified as the primary suspect and is now jailed.

Others charged in the case: 

39- year old Shane Allen Levine of Bend, was arrested on charges of being a felon in possession of a weapon and methamphetamine possession; he remained held at the jail Friday on $20,000 bail.

25-year old Colton James Black of Sisters, remained held without bail on an out-of-county warrant.

26-year old Jesse James Cheney of Bend, was held without bail on a parole violation and a criminal charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

25-year old Montana Lee Rhaming, of Bend, was cited and released on charges of Adderall and meth possession.

Detectives obtained search warrants for two associated addresses, one in Bend and one in the county. Police served the warrants last Thursday. The investigation is on-going.
