Redmond Police Looking For Transient Shooter

REDMOND, OR -- Police are looking for a man who allegedly fired a gun at a transient camp in Northeast Redmond early Monday morning. A woman called 911 to report a fight over a stolen utility trailer. She said gunshots were fired between the 60 year old victim David Ybarra and a suspect Earl Noble. Police and a SWAT team arrived, evacuated the camp and started searching for Noble.  Ybarra suffered minor injuries. Noble is considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information should call 911
