BEND, OR -- Bend City Councilor Justin Livingston announced yesterday he will seek the Republican Party nomination for the 2nd Congressional District seat being vacated by incumbent Greg Walden. The 42 year old Livingston was elected to the City Council in 2016 and has voted against climate change regulation and a gas tax increase. Livingston says he supports President Trump, voted for him in 2016 and will do so again in 2020.
