Injured pedestrian: Jessica Edwards, 20 year old female, Bend resident

The name of the injured pedestrain in the parking lot of 740 NE 3rd Street (Pizza Hut) on February 26th, 2020 at approximately 2030 hours is Jessica Edwards. She is currently in critical condition, with life threatening injuries, and is being treated at St. Charles Medical Center.   

No citations have been issued and the case is still under investigation.
