Back in November, the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office took one horse from 46 year old Roy Milhouse for animal neglect, but left two there.

On Saturday, Sheriff's deputies returned to the property and took the remaining two horses who had suffered a noticeable decline in health.

A female Rottweiler was also seized and in need of medical attention.

Milhouse faces four counts of animal neglect and eight counts of having an unlicensed dog.
