A new report indicates that the Affordable Care Act is getting more Oregon and Washington residents covered with health insurance.  The report from WalletHub.com shows that Oregon's rate of uninsured residents fell from nearly 17 percent pre-Obamacare to about six-and-a-third percent post Obamacare.  Washington's rate of uninsured residents fell from 16 percent to about eight-and-a-quarter percent.  Oregon has the fifth-lowest rate of uninsured residents in the nation, and Washington has the ninth-lowest.
