What do you say when the state wants to let the men who killed your brother go free? Eddie Gibbs was killed 24 years ago. The men who killed him were supposed to be in prison for 30 years, but today one of the men is up for parole. Gibbs' brother, Rod Toth, will have a chance to talk to the parole board. Kevin Roper pleaded guilty in the case but because of recent Oregon court ruling he is now eligible for parole.
