Reluctant Lottery Winner Cashes Ticket- Finally

 Steve Jordan, 63, of Portland knew he won $20,000 in last year's Oregon lottery Thanksgiving Raffle; but he couldn't find the time to pick up his winnings.  Ray Martin with the Lottery says he hasn't experienced such a nonchalant attitude about such a large win.  This year's Thanksgiving Raffle is sold out.  The drawing is Tuesday.  The next Oregon Lottery raffle is the Saint Patty's Raffle in March.
