(Portland, OR)  --  A man who reportedly rubbed the shoulders of two young children at a Portland Kmart store is being sought by police.  Investigators say the incident happened around 11:30 yesterday morning after the children's mother stepped into the aisle next to where they sat on the floor.  Police say the woman heard the man talking to the children in both Spanish and English, then confronted him after he rubbed their shoulders.  The man, who's described as being five-feet-eight with a medium build and wearing a tan t-shirt with black and white stripes, then left the scene and was gone from the store by the time security arrived.
