(Oregon City, OR) -- A man who has a criminal history extending back to the 1960s is back behind bars. Seventy-four-year-old Nickolas Kasemehas, known as the "Casanova Con Man," is being held on warrants out of Clackamas, Multnomah, and Marion counties. Authorities say Kasemehas had been arrested in 2013, but cut off his electronic monitoring device in Portland and vanished. His bail is set at more than one-million dollars and he's being held in the Clackamas County Jail.
