(Vancouver, WA)  --  The Clark County Sheriff's Office says a Vancouver woman who reported being stabbed in her back yard made up the story.  Deputies were sent to her home on Northeast 15th Place yesterday afternoon after she reported that she was attacked by an unknown man.  The woman said she was stabbed and slashed on her face, in the chest, and in the lower abdomen.  After investigation, detectives concluded the attack was a fabrication and the woman's injuries were self-inflicted.
