(Portland, OR)  --  An accused car prowler is facing charges, after he was allegedly seen breaking out a car window and stealing a bag.  Authorities say witnesses who saw the crime committed in a downtown parking garage chased the knife-wielding suspect, tackled him, and detained him until police arrived.  One of the men who chased the suspect suffered a cut to the arm.  The suspect, Nathan Samuel Fawver, has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges in connection with the September 7th incident.
