(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say a missing woman with severe dementia has been found safe.  Seventy-five-year-old Margaret Richardson left her home in the Sunnyside neighborhood yesterday morning and was seen walking in the area of Southeast 33rd Avenue and Belmont about two in the afternoon.  She was reported not to have brought her purse or any money.  She was located later in the afternoon and was reported to be fine.
