(Portland, OR)  --  A new report from Portland State University says in-migration is boosting Oregon's population.  PSU's Population Research Center says the number of Oregon residents grew by one-point-one percent from last year, to more than three-point-nine-million.  The report says 74 percent of the increase is because of migration, while the remainder is accounted for by the number of births minus the number of deaths.
