(Keizer, OR)  --  A former Miss Teen Oregon is facing drug-related charges.  Twenty-three-year-old Jamie France was one of three people arrested after police received a tip about drugs being sold out of a house in Keizer.  France was named Miss Teen Oregon-World in 2009.  She was booked on charges of possessing meth, heroin, and Suboxone.  Also facing charges are Erin Wells and Jarrod Wells, who are both 37.
