(Ashland, OR)  --  Police say a man who authorities believe took his daughter in violation of a custody agreement has turned himself in.  Officials say seven-year-old Reagan Bute is safe after her father surrendered yesterday to police in the Jackson County community of Ashland.  Investigators began looking for the girl after Paul Bute was reported to have taken her out of her McMinnville school early on Wednesday.  Police say the father had lost custody of his daughter in court.
