(Portland, OR)  --  Prices at the gas pump are still dropping in the Portland area.  Triple-A's latest survey shows the average for regular is just under two-98 a gallon, down more than a half-cent from yesterday.  It's also about four cents below the average of a week ago.  The national average for regular is about two-75 a gallon.
