(Portland, OR)  --  Police continue to investigate a crash that killed a 40-year-old pedestrian on I-205 in Portland.  Authorities say Ritchie Dodge was hit while he tried to cross the southbound lanes of the freeway in the area of the Killingsworth-Sandy-Columbia off-ramp around 6:30 p.m. Monday.  Portland police say Dodge was seen earlier in the northbound lanes of I-205 and may have been panhandling.
