(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are identifying the motorcycle rider who died in a crash over the weekend.  Peter Todd Davies was killed and his passenger was injured when they crashed on Interstate 84 early Saturday morning.  Passenger Jessica Dunn was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.  The crash happened as the pair was headed eastbound at the exit to southbound Interstate 205.
