(Lane County, OR)  --  A Lane County man will spend the rest of his life in prison for killing his girlfriend.  A judge sentenced the man to life in prison on Tuesday after a jury found him guilty.  Hikers found the body of his girlfriend in Umpqua National Forest in July.  The man was found guilty of murder, abuse of a corpse and second-degree assault.
