Legal Pot Among New Laws Effective In 2015

(Salem, OR)  --  Legal consumption and cultivation of marijuana will be among the laws that will take effect in Oregon in 2015.  The legal pot law will kick in July 1st,  allowing a household to have up to eight ounces of marijuana and to cultivate up to four plants.  However, the legal sale of marijuana won't be allowed until early 2016.  Starting tomorrow, Oregon residents who were convicted of minor marijuana offenses in other states will be able to obtain concealed-carry permits.>>WA Governor Wants Out-of-staters To Pay Sales Tax
