(Portland, OR)  --  A man who's accused of scamming people by offering to do repair work and fleeing with the money after doing little or nothing is behind bars again.  Police say 59-year-old Clinton Reany was taken into custody Friday after being arrested on December 31st and January 4th.  Authorities say Reany would offer to repair Portland residents' sidewalks and driveways, receive half the money up front, and leave before the job was done.  Investigators believe Reany has been committing fraudulent acts all over the U.S. for past four decades.
