Bill To Extend Clean-fuel Standard Advances

(Salem, OR)  --  A bill that would extend Oregon's clean-fuel standard until 2025 is headed to the full Senate.  The Senate environment committee approved the measure on a party-line vote.  Supporters say the measure seeks to reduce carbon emissions by setting an increasingly cleaner standard for fuel distributors.  A Senate floor vote hasn't yet been scheduled.
