(Salem, OR)  --  A bill being considered in the Oregon Legislature would make it illegal to post intimate images of "exes" online without their consent.  Under Senate Bill 188, a first offense would be a misdemeanor, and repeat offenders would be charged with felony crimes.  Penalties would include up to five years in prison and fines of up to 125-thousand dollars.  The bill is awaiting action in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
