(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland City Council is scheduled to vote next week on a proposed smoking ban in city parks and along trails.  The Council held a public hearing on the issue last night.  The ban would include tobacco products, as well as marijuana and e-cigarettes.  If the proposal is passed, it will take effect July 1st.
