State Senate Votes To Dissolve Cover Oregon

(Salem, OR)  --  Cover Oregon would be abolished under a bill passed by the state Senate.  The measure would also merge the failed medical-insurance exchange into an existing state agency.  Oregon would still operate an insurance exchange under the Affordable Care Act using a federal website.  The bill now moves on to the House for debate.
