Man Accused In Kelso Shooting Turns Self In

(Kelso, WA)  --  Cowlitz County authorities say 41-year-old Christopher Lee Yourkwitz, who's accused of shooting his roommate during an argument, has surrendered to authorities.  The shooting happened at a house on Veys Avenue in Kelso Wednesday night, and deputies had been searching for him since.  Yourkwitz contacted the sheriff's office last night and told them he was on his way to turn himself in.  He's been booked on charges of third-degree assault and felon in possession of a firearm.
