Oregon Unemployment Rate Falls

(Salem, OR)  --  State officials say Oregon's jobless rate fell in January to six-point-three percent, compared to six-point-seven percent in December.  The current unemployment rate is Oregon's lowest in more than six years.  The state Employment Department says Oregon gained 76-hundred non-farm jobs in January.  The state's rate of job growth was three-point-three percent over the past year.
