(Portland, OR)  --  An app is now available to make it easier to park at Portland's Washington Park and the Oregon Zoo.  The free app, which is available for iPhone and Android devices, allows people to pay to park without having to stand in line at a pay station.  Additional time can be added with the app, and users will be able to receive text alerts when the paid parking expires.  A video tutorial for the app is available on the OregonLive website.
