(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities say three inmates overdosed on painkillers at the Multnomah County Jail after a woman smuggled the drugs into the lockup.  Officials say Channing Lacey hid fentanyl inside her body.  Police say Lacey's boyfriend was being held in the jail after he was arrested in January for selling fentanyl, which is 80 times as potent as morphine.  Deputies told KATU-TV that Lacey was arrested with as much as 35-thousand dollars worth of fentanyl on her.
