(Portland, OR) -- The mayor's office is considering establishing a homeless camp on Portland's east side. A spokesperson for Mayor Charlie Hales says the camp would ideally be patterned after the Right to Dream Too facility. Officials told KGW-TV that a number of possible locations are being looked at. The mayor's office says the location that's chosen must be accessible to mass transit, have access to service providers, and must be accepted by residents in the area.
