OLCC Fires State Marijuana Director

(Salem, OR)  --  Oregon's director of legal marijuana programs is out of a job.  "The Oregonian" reports the state Liquor Control Board has dismissed Tom Burns, who was on the job for three months.  He was responsible for the implementation of the state's medical marijuana dispensary program, and had been working to move Oregon toward establishing a market for legalized recreational marijuana.  There's been no official word on the reason for Burns being ousted.
