(New York, NY)  --  Marcus Mariota is the second overall pick in the NFL Draft and will head to the Tennessee Titans.  The former Oregon standout and 2014 Heisman Trophy winner was chosen after Tampa Bay made Florida State's Jameis Winston the top pick in the draft.  Mariota was one of nine PAC-12 players selected in the first round, which is a conference record.
