(Portland, OR)  --  Commuters can expect traffic delays this afternoon, as President Barack Obama visits Portland.  A 20-vehicle motorcade will move through downtown on a route that hasn't been revealed yet by the Secret Service.  MAX trains and streetcars will be stopped as the motorcade moves through.  The president will attend a fundraiser at the Sentinel Hotel on Southwest 11th Avenue, spend the night in Portland, and visit Nike headquarters in Beaverton tomorrow.
