(Salem, OR)  --  A bill that would tighten restrictions on e-cigarettes in Oregon is advancing through the Legislature.  The Senate has approved the measure, which will head back to the House for approval of Senate amendments.  The bill would make it illegal to engage in indoor "vaping" in public places, and would outlaw sales of e-cigarettes and nicotine liquid to minors.
