(Undated)  --  Washington and Oregon are still ranked among the states that are considered the most "bike-friendly" in the country.  The new rankings, released by the League of American Bicyclists, show Washington at the top of the list, while Oregon is ranked sixth.  Both states score highly in the categories of legislation and enforcement, policies in programs, infrastructure and funding, and evaluation and planning.  Oregon tops Washington in the category of education and encouragement.
