(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing charges after being accused of grabbing food from a salad bar with her hands and spitting on a Portland police officer.  Authorities say an employee at the Tecos Fresh Mexican Food Restaurant was hit with a pair of tongs thrown by 49-year-old Lori Denette Waltman, after she told Waltman to stop pulling food from the salad bar with her bare hands.  Police say Waltman then spit in the face of an officer who arrested her shortly afterward at the Powell Boulevard restaurant.  Waltman faces charges that include assault, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct.
