(Eugene, OR)  --  Police are looking for a Eugene man with health issues who's been reported missing.  Authorities say 61-year-old Daniel Francis Higgins was last seen around two a.m. yesterday and may not have his medication with him.  Police say Higgins' green, 1998-to-2001-model Mercedes ML 320 SUV and his wallet are also missing.  Higgins is described as being five-feet-nine, weighing 250 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.  Anyone with information on his location is asked to call Eugene Police at 541-682-5111.
