Officials say the wounded 12-week-old kitten was found in the container near an apartment building in the 22-hundred block of Southeast 96th Street on May 28th. The animal will undergo surgery to have the bullet or pellet that lodged in her head removed. The Oregon Humane Society is offering the reward, and is asking anyone with information on the case to call 503-285-7722, extension 214.
