(Tacoma, WA)  --  Officials say the body of a scuba diver from Portland, who vanished last week in Washington's Commencement Bay, has been recovered.  The body of 50-year-old Candace Sneed was pulled from the bay after being spotted Saturday by a recreational diver.  Sneed, who had received her scuba certification more than two weeks ago, disappeared while diving Wednesday in the bay at Tacoma.  A search began immediately, but was called off by the Coast Guard Thursday after crews couldn't find any signs of her.
