(Castle Rock, WA) -- A five-year-old boy is listed in critical condition, after he and an eleven-year-old girl were pulled from the Cowlitz River. Officials say both kids were floating on an inner tube in the river yesterday when they fell off and struggled to stay afloat. The girl was rescued after grabbing onto a stump, and the boy was pulled from the river after he had drifted about a half-mile downstream. The boy's condition is listed as critical, but the girl is expected to be okay.
