(Portland, OR)  --  A one-year-old child is listed in critical condition after falling from a fourth-floor window.  Portland Fire & Rescue officials say the baby fell yesterday afternoon at a home in the 36-hundred block of Southeast 28th Avenue.  She's being treated at Oregon Health & Science University.
