(Wenatchee, WA)  --  Chelan County authorities say it appears the Sleepy Hollow wildfire in Wenatchee, Washington was human-caused.  Officials say there was no lightning present at the time the fire started, and natural causes have been ruled out.  Investigators are trying to determine whether the fire was set accidentally or deliberately.  The fire, which has damaged or destroyed 29 homes, has burned nearly three-thousand acres.
